Our Fees

Here at Dellybears we believe in offering excellent value for money coupled with a transparency with regards to our fees.  This is why we operate an "all inclusive" price which covers all costs associated with looking after and entertaing your child or children.  We have a flat hourly rate giving you the flexibility to choose hours that fit around your own personal situation without having to pay for either full or half days.  Our rate also covers all outings including softplay and toddler groups as well as day trips during the holiday periods.  Our rate also includes all meals, drinks and healthy snacks.

Our rates:

£5.20 per child per hour.  Fees are payable on a weekly basis, paid on a Thursday. 

Minimum 6 hours for school aged children

Minimum 10 hours for non school aged children

FREE CHILDCARE:

Available to those who qualify under the government 2, 3 and 4 year old funded schemes. (15 or 30 hours, although you can pay for additional hours if required). Feel free to ask whether you quaify.

Childcare vouchers:

We are happy to accept childcare vouchers.

Holidays:

With regards to holidays we charge half price when Dellybears is closed for its 28 days annual holidays which you will be notified of at least 2 weeks in advance.

Sickness:

Should your child or children be unable to attend due to sickness full fees are payable.  However if Dellybears is unable to open due to sickness no fees are charged.  We ask that you inform us ASAP in the event of sickness and we shall endeavor to do the same.
